Hotel manager has worst Attitude towards customers… they will try to loot like anything.. worst hygiene In bathroom top floor bathroom water leaks from sealing.. They have charged Rs.800 extra for late checking even after informing extension additional to extended room rent.. they changed extra 2000 with no reason

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 hours (booked through mistay.com hourly stay). This is worst for family and the hotel is with heavy smoking smell. As I travelled with 3 year old kid, this is really a bad experience. Room is good and enough for hourly stay. Another worst part is, there is no service at all. They will just collect the money and sit. No one came with us to assist and we were having many luggages but they does not bother about it.

If it were not for the mold it would get a better review.but the smell of mold were in every room I walked by, we had to move from one room to an other caus there were so active blackmold in the bathroom. The ventilation was very poor. The service was okay. They responded on my request to shange room but it took a 4 hours to get it and I had to tell them again that I wanted to change. They helped us upp with a bag and there were soap and towels on the room. The restaurant bellow had very good food for reasonable money. But the breakfast was not so good in taste. The staff was kind.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast was good too. Very near to airport. Check in experience was good. We stayed here to start for thekkady so had very basic expectations and all those were met perfectly.
